Guochang Factory No. 2 serves as the semi-finished product processing base, covering an area of approximately 15 mu. The facility is equipped with advanced wire-drawing machines, shaping machines, and large drying chambers. It is mainly responsible for key processing steps such as drawing bamboo strips into sticks, heat treatment and shaping, as well as drying and dehydration.

The factory operates with automated production lines and has a daily output of about 60 tons of semi-finished bamboo sticks. The moisture content of the products is strictly controlled below 8%, ensuring high-quality semi-finished materials for subsequent finished product processing.

Guochang Factory No. 3 is the production base for finished barbecue skewers, covering an area of approximately 25 mu. The facility is equipped with fully automated production lines for tip sharpening, polishing, sorting, and packaging. The factory strictly follows production standards for bamboo products intended for food contact and has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

With a daily output of about 50 tons of barbecue skewers, the factory produces a wide range of products, including round skewers, flat skewers, and carved skewers in various specifications. These products are exported to overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.

Guochang Factory No. 4 serves as the raw material collection center, located in the core bamboo production area of Guangning County. The facility covers an area of approximately 10 mu. The factory has established long-term and stable partnerships with hundreds of local bamboo farmers, ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials with consistent quality.

The site is equipped with facilities for raw bamboo inspection, grading, and cutting. After the purchased bamboo is preliminarily processed, it is distributed to various processing plants, making Factory No. 4 a key hub in the raw material supply chain.

Guochang Factory No. 5 is a specialized production base for incense sticks, covering an area of approximately 12 mu. The facility is equipped with precision wire-drawing units and constant-temperature drying equipment. The factory focuses on producing bamboo incense sticks in various specifications, with diameters ranging from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm and lengths customizable according to customer requirements.

With a daily output of about 10 tons, the products feature uniform diameter, smooth surfaces, good water absorption, and strong powder adhesion. They are supplied to major incense manufacturers across China.

Guochang Factory No. 6 is the biomass fuel production base, covering an area of approximately 18 mu. The factory collects bamboo and wood waste generated from all production sites and processes it through crushing, drying, and compression molding to produce high-calorific-value biomass pellet fuel.

With a daily output of about 100 tons, the facility achieves 100% resource utilization of bamboo and wood processing waste. It represents an important part of the company’s commitment to green and circular economy practices. The products are widely used in clean energy applications such as industrial boilers and power plants.

Guochang Factory No. 7 serves as the raw material collection and strategic reserve center, covering an area of approximately 10 mu. The facility is equipped with large-scale storage facilities and moisture-proof treatment equipment. It is responsible for the seasonal storage of raw bamboo to ensure a stable supply of materials even during non-harvesting seasons.

Through scientific inventory management and a rotation system, the factory maintains the freshness and quality of stored bamboo, providing reliable raw material support for the company’s year-round full-capacity production.
